TE DEUM TRILOGY for organ

TE DEUM TRILOGY for organ

pipe organ w/ 3 manuals

A large, 3 movement work for pipe organ with 3 manuals and at least 1 swell box. Each of the movements is based on an earlier piece of sacred or spiritual music, and all of the harmonic and melodic material in the piece is derived from these three sources. The instrument for which the piece was written was a 44-rank Schlicker. However, the piece may be adapted to a smaller instrument. There is some use of proportional notation. There are technical challenges throughout, and the work requires an experienced, advanced performer.
