All of the electronic sounds in this work are samples of some segments of the trombone sounds played live in the piece, transformed with a mirage digital sampling keyboard, recording to 7 tracks of tape, and mixed to 2 tracks on CD. The piece explores both the dramatic and lyrical qualities of the trombone and employs several extended techniques of the instrument. High difficulty - for advanced performer only.
