Composer's Note:

In “Ritual”, each performer takes on the role of a different comedic/dramatic character, both physically and musically, for the purpose of creating a directly perceptible scenic plot which is presented through the musical and physical introduction of each character as the scenes progress, shifting from realist-comedy to surrealist-tragedy.
