The Other Pictures is commissioned by and dedicated to May Phang.

Scarlatti, Schumann, Chopin... these were names May mentioned. In addition to these composers, each “picture” is inspired by a variety of paintings, their brush strokes and coloristic expressions. They can be performed separately or together in a suite.
