The Historic ACA Bulletin
The complete, digitized ACA Bulletin magazines are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, or for free. All income goes to the preservation of ACA's catalog.
The ACA Bulletin Magazine was published in 13 volumes, from 1938 through 1965. Articles, composer portraits, and record reviews were published with artistic covers and illustrations, and featured the works and writings of numerous American composers of the twentieth century.

This browsing collection of six and a half thousand pieces consists of the music in ACA's current online catalog, archival and published, that have physical material held at the University of Maryland's Special Collections in Performing Arts (SCPA).
Score masters and copies from the ACA Collection, from the 1910s through the early 21st Century, are part of Special Collections in Performing Arts at the University of Maryland. In addition to the scores, there are composer history files going back to the 1930s, with biographical information, concert notices, publishing histories, text permissions and general correspondence between ACA composers and ACA staff and founders.

The Laurel Leaf Certificate of Appreciation was given by ACA nearly every year beginning in 1951 and ending in 2012, in recognition of "distinguished achievement in fostering and encouraging American music."
Among the recipients of The Laurel Leaf over the years were the Juilliard String Quartet; the American Music Center; Leonard Slatkin; the Minnesota Composers Forum (American Composers Forum); WNYC, New York's public radio; and the Los Angeles Philharmonic New Music Group.
