Written on the occasion of Napoleon's and Beethoven's 200th birthdays. Trumpet and piano both prepare with several objects:

Trumpet needs St. Mute, Cup Mute, and Harmon Mute.

Piano needs 2 drumsticks and several miscellaneous objects for preparation of lower strings (erasers, thick screws, tobacco pouches, clips, etc.) and upper strings (coins, pencils, etc.). About 35 objects needed.

Tape parts are unavailable. This historic reproduction is offered as a study score.
