Violin and Fixed Media

Composer's Note:

This work employs sounds that are produced by filtering a harmonic spectrum in a way that is analogous to the structure of musical instruments. Background harmonies use variable filters that change timbre over the course of the tone, and counter-melodies to the violin use fixed filtering. The work was composed in the winter of 2026, and the fixed media part was generated by Csound.
