This work was composed for Nina Assimakopoulos and the flute studio at West Virginia University, and is dedicated to my daughter, Piper. It is intended to be a fast-paced, fun exploration of timbre and various extended techniques, representing the whimsical daily explorations of her cat, Nova Poe.
