Composer's Note:

Eidolon can mean phantom, or an idealized form of an idea or person. In this case, it is a phantom film score I thought I heard on a transatlantic flight, which turned out to be a combination of noise in the airplane sound system and the plane cabin, which I didn't realize until after the film was over. Eidolon was written for the TAK Ensemble.
