Composer's Note:
Cider Meditation explores the holiday themes of warmth, spiritual inspiration, nostalgia, and charity through accepting and protecting the traveler in our community with whom we share a steaming cup of cider.
The guitar must be amplified with the sound accompanying the vocal lines. Acoustic amplifier(s) and a good microphone should be used.
Commissioned by the Hatala Family and written for Kantorei and director Joel M. Rinsema. Written in March of 2025, this cup of cider last approximately 4:30.
