Composer's Note:

Strolling Grover's Row is a 12-tone composition based on a row by the late Steve Grover from his piece "Row" which appeared on his 1990s album "Consideration." It was written for a tribute concert performed by Chris Klaxton's Our Big Band in Portsmouth, NH (2/23/20) and Portland, ME (3/1/20).
