Composer's Note:

A piece for an unusual combination of instruments, with plenty of free improvisation, written for and premiered at Bowdoin College in April 2023 by the Articulation Quartet. The players were Frank Mauceri, leader and tenor sax, Carl Dimow, bass flute, Philip Carlsen, cello, and Brian Shankar Adler, tabla.
