In collaboration with members of Duo Sonoro and Ensemble Sed Contra, Richard Cameron-Wolfe will offer four of his compositions Kyrie(Mantra)II, Variations and Liebestod, Lilith, and Labyrinths [premiere of a new transcription for clarinet/cello/piano] featuring performers Sergey Vilka (flute), Dmitriy Pashinskiy (clarinet), Andrii Pavlov (violin), Zhanna Marchinska (cello), and Valeriia Shulga (piano/prepared piano).
The program will also include Lutoslawskis 1992 Subito, Jolivets 1961 Sonatine, and Cameron-Wolfes own piano performances of music by Dane Rudhyar and Leo Ornstein (in collaboration with dancer-choreographer Alina Tskhovrebova). The event takes place at 7:30PM on June 27, at Dom Master Klass, Khmelnytskogo St. 57, Kiev, Ukraine. Admission: 150 Hryvnia general, 100 Hryvnia students/seniors.
