Jack Brimberg (b. 1926) is an internationally known Composer whose works have been performed in Berlin, Frankfurt, Paris and New York. He studied piano with Artur Schnabel and composition with Felix Greissle, the son-in-law, student, and musical confidant of the great composer and teacher, Arnold Schönberg. A direct lineage of the 'Viennese Trilogy', Jack's 'Twelve-Tone' works are both cogent and meaningful. A quote from his CD liner notes goes as follows; "If you throw for a thousand-times all raw materials that make up the Cologne cathedral into the air, you will always get the same result – a heap of raw materials – never the Cologne cathedral"
