ACA ARCHIVAL MATERIAL AT
Special Collections in Performing Arts (SCPA)
AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND
"The complete ACA collections ... include 25 linear feet of
organizational records, over 1200 contemporary music scores, and over 65
linear feet of affiliated personal collections. The earliest item is a
score dating from 1905, but the bulk of the materials are from the later
part of the 20th century, particularly 1970 and forward."

Article from The 21st Century Bulletin: Volume 2, October 2021:
ACA and SCPA at the University of Maryland
In the year 2000, ACA donated the bulk of its held physical materials to Special Collections in Performing Arts (SCPA) at the University of Maryland, with smaller contributions following in 2003 and 2010. This included thousands of score masters, facsimiles, reproductions, and other musical material.
Listed below are six and a half thousands works in ACA's catalogs - published and archival - with historic physical material held at SCPA. Unavailable works can be requested through ACA or through SCPA.
With grants from the Amphion Foundation and the Copland Fund for Music, many of the items have been digitally scanned and are available for electronic access on request.
