Garcia was also nominated in 2010 in the same category of Best Classical
Contemporary Composition for Silencios Imaginados, recorded by NODUS
Ensemble. The category is a Composer's Award, for a newly recorded
contemporary classical
composition composed within the last 25 years, and released for the first
time during the eligibility year.
The 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards, set for Nov. 10 at the Mandalay Bay
Events Center in Las Vegas, will be broadcast live on the Univision Network
from 811 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central).
