FOR OPERA/DRAMATIC/THEATRICAL PERFORMANCES -

These performance fees can be determined at the time the rental/sale application is received, and is subject to be revised upon subsequent developments occuring with the use of the music after the initial rental/sale agreement has been completed. Composers waiving the rights to receive a performance fee for the use of their dramatic works must do so in writing with ACA.
