The Other Side of Time, a 15-minute piece for 30 winds, brass, and percussion, by ACA composer, Brian Fennelly, will receive its European premiere on April 12, 2011 in Zagreb, Croatia, as part of the annual World Music Days festival of the International Society for Contemporary Music, held this year in conjunction with the Zagreb Biennale. Chosen for performance by the ISCM International Jury, it will be part of a full program by the Croatian Army Symphony Wind Orchestra conducted by Tomislav Fačini.
The Other Side of Time (2009), commissioned by the New England Conservatory Wind Ensemble and its director Charles Peltz, was premiered at Jordan Hall, Boston, in February 2010. Their performance has been recorded for release on Albany Records.
