Music of David Froom, David Rakowski, Lukas Foss - Boston Musica Viva September 30

Boston Musica VivaBoston Musica Viva, celebrates its 43rd season with the opening concert, "Time Cycles" on Friday, September 30th, featuring CIRCLING by David Froom, and a world premiere by David Rakowski. The concert will include other works by Mark Berger and Lukas Foss.

Music Director Richard Pittman founded Boston Musica Viva in 1969 as
the first professional ensemble in Boston devoted to contemporary
music. Tim Page of The
New York Times wrote that BMV is “justly celebrated as one of the finest
new music ensembles in the United States.”
