Composer's Note:
Proof of Concept was written for the ensemble SoundProof (Patricia Strange, violin; Stephen Ruppenthal, trumpet, flugelhorn, text-sound composer; Brian Belet, viola, bass, computer programming and real-time processing, composer) to perform as part of their 15 Minutes of Fame tour, featuring fifteen compositions of one minute duration.
