i. for violin alone - 9 to 12 minutes</p>
<p>ii. for two violins - alternating performance of 17 sections in a game-like format</p>
<p>iii. for violin and narrator - performing the 17 sections as leader/follower with music alternating with the associated Haiku poem text</p>
<p>iv. violin, narrator, and projected images of Japanese artworks</p>
