Allan Blank choral music to be performed by the James River Chamber Choir, in Richmond, VA, April 26th and 27th.

"Songs From the Mid-Atlantic: Regional Choral Music Featuring Composers from Virginia" --On Saturday, April 26th, 7pm at the River Road Baptist Church and on Sunday, April 27, at 5pm at Church of the Holy Comforter in Richmond.

The James River Chamber Choir will premiere the newly commissioned work, "Seasons" by Benjamin Broening, a six-movement work for chorus and piano with texts about the seasons from around the world. Other works by Richard Waters, Adolphus Hailstork, Allan Blank, Undine Smith Moore, Jeffrey Riehl and James Erb.

James River Singers is a classical chamber choir dedicated to giving voice to the human spirit by providing opportunities for its singers and audience to experience innovative and challenging choral repertoire.
