Original score and set of parts on deposit. In 2010, a set of parts with revised page turns in all string parts has been deposited.

Composer's note:

"Material to be placed inside the piano on pages 3 & 7 mm. 68-69 and mm. 191-194

Flute II/Picc part - picc is played from m. 140 to m 172, then player switches back to flute II. The boxed material at m. 176 is played by flute II. This boxed material is played by both flutes, but without rhythmic synchronization, or even notes in the same order. The 32-note upward run at the end of the box is unision, for both flutists."
